Gym Management System Project using Java and MySQL

The "Gym Management System" is a desktop-based java project and has been deployed to override the problems prevailing in the practicing manual system. This software is supported to eliminate and in some cases reduce the hardships faced by the existing system.

The Project is developed using JAVA SWING & MYSQL.

The project basically has only one module:

1) ADMIN MODULE

Let's see the project in detail.

• Initially, when we run the project application will ask us to sign up. And we will able to see the below interface.

• And here each field is validated. That means we can't leave the fields as blank.

Now let's try to sign up by entering the proper details. After that, once we press the sign-up button our detail will get added to the database and we will be redirected to the login page with the proper message on the screen.

• Now let's try to log in. Once we will successfully log in, we will be redirected to the Home Page with a proper message on the screen.                   

                           

• Now Admin can see the Total Members, Add, Update, Delete, Search Member and can Add, Check Fee Details, Change his password and can logout.                          

First, let's Add Members by entering the proper details.

After entering proper details when we press the button Add Member details will get added to the database and we will be able to message on the screen.

• Admin can see Total Member present in the database.

• Admin can search Members by their Name and Id.

• Admin can add member fee payment by using their Member Id.

 

• Admin can check Member fee details by usig their member Id.

---->After that Admin can Update Members by using their member Id.

• Admin can delete Members by using their Member Id.

• After that Admin can Change the Password if he wants.

• Then after that, the Admin can log out.
